Honorable Dr. Arshad Mehmood, Federal Secretary, Ministry of Science and Technology visited PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi on 11.02.2021.
Dr. Shahnaz Perveen, Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, Director General, PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi welcomed the Honorable guest and had given a brief introduction about PCSIR, its objectives and use of indigenous resources for the development of products. The Secretary MoST appreciated that the women are leading the council. He visited different department of PCSIR Laboratories Complex, Karachi and friendly discussed with scientist and asked their problems. He desires to empower the Director General of the units financially, so problems can be settled on unit level. A plant is also planted by him.
