PCSIR Laboratories Complex Karachi, a renowned institution in the field of Research and Development, organized an insightful workshop on User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) on September 30, 2023. The event started with recitation of Holy Quran. The event aimed to show the roadmap and to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants in the ever-evolving world of UI/UX design.
Dr. Hafiz Rub Nawaz, Director General of PCSIR Laboratories Complex Karachi, welcomed the participants and delivered a keynote address emphasizing the importance of UI/UX design in today’s digital landscape. He highlighted the significance of creating user-centric and engaging digital experiences.
The workshop attracted 38 enthusiastic participants to delve into the world of UI/UX design with high eager. The event was organized by APC&IC’s M.I.S section and coordinated by Mr. Muhammad Mansoor Hai, the Training Coordinator at PCSIR-KLC.
Distinguished trainers, Mr. Mujahid Hussain and Mr. Ali Mujtaba, both highly experienced in the field of UI/UX design and software engineering, led the workshop. Their expertise and practical insights provided invaluable guidance to the eager learners throughout the training sessions.
As a highlight of the event, Dr. Ghulam Sakina Nazia, the Director of HR College Sindh, graced the occasion as the Guest of Honour. Dr. Nazia’s presence added a touch of prestige to the workshop, and her inspirational words motivated the participants to pursue excellence in UI/UX design.
Dr. Razia Sultana, Director Planning and Development (P&D), paid a heartfelt vote of thanks to all attendees and organizers. Dr. Sultana emphasized the pivotal role that the participants can play in contributing to the development of the country’s economy in this digital era. Her words resonated with the participants, inspiring them to apply their UI/UX skills for the betterment of society and the economy.
